These terms set out the conditions for using the iOS app "Eata" (the "App") provided by Eata Technologies ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Accounts

You sign in with an Apple or Google account. The App is not for children under 13. You are responsible for your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App.

2. Your posts

You keep the rights to the photos and text you post. We use your posts only as needed to provide the App, such as showing them to your friends.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Anything illegal or against public order and morals
• Posts that infringe others' rights (copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.)
• Violent, sexual, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable content
• Harassment, impersonation, spam, or using the App to meet strangers
• Unauthorized access to the App or servers, or interfering with its operation

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report posts, comments and profiles from their "…" menu, and blocking someone hides each other's posts and comments. We review reports within 24 hours and, when these terms are violated, remove the content and suspend the offending user without notice.

4. Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or end the App without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the App is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for disputes between users or damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
